Neora Valley National Park is one of the wealthiest biological zones, which spreads over a region of about 88 Sq. km. and is situated near Lava at a dense forest in the foothill of majestic Himalayan Mountains. This park is bordered by the forests of Sikkim on one side and by Bhutan on the other. Wildlife enthusiasts can enjoy visiting this place as it houses different varieties of animals and birds. Tourists can also opt for the jeep safari which allows to explore the dense forest of the national park. By Flight: Bagdogra Airport is the closest airport to this park. It is not difficult to find flights to Bagdogra from the other parts of India as it is nicely connected. By Train: New Jalpaiguri Junction which is shortly known as NJP is the closest station. This station is well-known and well-connected with the other major railway stations.
